Since joining in 2025, Damien has played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial performance, guiding growth initiatives, and supporting the executive team in strategic decision-making.
With extensive experience in financial management, risk control, and operational efficiency, Damien ensures the organisation maintains strong fiscal discipline while enabling innovation and expansion across its brands. Prior to joining True Financial, he held senior finance roles in the insurance and financial services sectors.
